Hiba Hafiz is an associate professor with tenure and a McHale Faculty Research Scholar at Boston College Law School. Professor Hafiz teaches and writes in labor and employment law, antitrust law, and administrative law, focusing on strengthening workers’ bargaining power and legal solutions to labor market concentration and inequality. She will be presenting a work in progress titled, “The Dangerous Myth of Market Wages.”
