Epstein was the communications director, spokesperson, and later creative director for Zohran Mamdani's campaign for New York City Mayor. He previously served as Chief of Staff to NYS Assemblywoman Emily Gallagher and managed her first campaign for office. Most recently, he led communications for Claire Valdez for Congress. According to City & State, he is one of the 100 most influential people in New York politics.
