Join us for an hour of grounding, restorative practices designed to help you pause, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. This session blends gentle movement, guided meditation, and simple mindfulness tools you can bring into your daily life. No experience or props required—just come as you are.
Please bring items that help you feel comfortable and supported:
- A yoga mat (OSA will have a limited supply of Yoga mats for those who do not have one)
- A blanket for warmth or extra comfort
- A journal or notebook with a pen for reflection prompts
- Optional: a water bottle and an eye pillow or scarf for relaxation.
Lunch will be provided.
