As law students, you're often in your head, especially in the midst of exams. But you might find yourself lost in thoughts even when you’re not doing academic work. Today’s 7 min meditation will help you practice seeing that you are, indeed, thinking and not holding on too tightly. Over time, you may find a growing ability to pause between your thoughts and any conditioned reactivity and then to mindfully choose how you want to respond to them.
