Please join us for the Inaugural Endowed Chair Lecture presented Nicholas Parrillo, William K. Townsend Professor of Law, entitled "Does Administrative Regulatory Power Violate the Constitution's Original Meaning?" which will discuss historical research on federal government administration and its implications for the original meaning of the constitution.
