Description

Join a diverse array of alumni in conversation about their clerkship experiences.  Please RSVP here by 4:00 p.m. (EDT) on April 1.

Panelists:

Rachel Chung ’18 clerked for Judge Rowan Wilson (NY Court of Appeals), 2018-19, and Senior Judge John Walker (2nd Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals), 2019-20. Just after clerking, she worked on voter protection for the DCCC and is now an associate at O’Melveny and Meyers (DC). 

Amber Koonce ’17 clerked for Judge William Fletcher ’75 (9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals), 2017-18.  She received the Fried Frank Civil Rights Fellowship and is now working at the NAACP LDF after two years in litigation at Fried Frank (NYC). 

Jonathan Smith ’12 (JD/MEM) clerked in for then-U.S. District Judge Robin Rosenbaum (SDFL) 2013-14 (appointed in 2014 to the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals).  He is currently a staff attorney at EarthJustice (NYC).
