This conversation with Narayan Subramanian, former Director for Energy Transition at the White House National Security Council and advisor to the Secretary of Energy, will be moderated by Associate Professor of Law Josh Macey ’17. They will discuss how climate change and energy insecurity threatens national security and how this view was incorporated into decision making at the NSC under the Biden Administration. Narayan will also touch upon his current work in clean energy finance and industrial strategy, as well as the future of energy, sustainability, and geopolitics given current political and economic attitudes. Lunch will be provided.
