Kannon Shanmugam visits for our annual Supreme Court Roundup. Mr. Shanmugam is the Chair of the Supreme Court and Appellate Practice Group and managing partner of the Washington office of Paul, Weiss. He is widely recognized as one of the nation's top appellate litigators and has argued 35 cases before the Supreme Court, including three in the last term.
He's joined by YLS's very own Professor Linda Greenhouse, Clinical Lecturer in Law and Senior Research Scholar in Law. Professor Greenhouse covered the Supreme Court for The New York Times between 1978 and 2008 and continues to write regularly for the newspaper’s Opinion pages.
