Wei Shen is the KoGuan Distinguished Professor of Law at Shanghai Jiao Tong University Law School; Ph.D. (LSE), LL.M. (Cantab), LL.M. (Michigan), LL.M. & LL.B. (ECUPL). He has published widely in Chinese and English journals. His article was cited by the Supreme Court of Singapore. He is an arbitrator with the London Court of International Arbitration, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, among others. He is a visiting professor to NYU School of Law, the University of Michigan Law School, the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and the National University of Singapore, among others.
