The Yale-Toronto-Columbia Private Law Theory Discussion Group is pleased to host its sixth annual workshop with options for both in-person and Zoom attendance.
This student-led collaboration between the Center for Private Law at Yale Law School, the Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto, and the Project on Private Law, Columbia Law School provides a forum for the authors to receive feedback from established scholars, as well as benefit from audience Q&A.
The Discussion Group is supported by Professors Daniel Markovits (Yale), Larissa Katz (Toronto), and Shyam Balganesh (Columbia).
Please register to attend the workshop, place your lunch order (for in-person attendees), and receive draft papers. In-person attendees should register by March 19 and Zoom attendees should register by March 24.
