Description

Please join the Yale Law & Business Society on Tuesday January 28 from 12:10-1:00 PM in Sterling Law Building Room #120 for a presentation by Teresa Wynn Roseborough, Executive Vice President and General Counsel at The Home Depot, where she is responsible for the firm’s legal functions, government relations, corporate communications, and external affairs. Ms. Wynn Roseborough will be speaking about the many hats she has worn throughout her career in both government service and private practice.

Before joining The Home Depot in 2011, Ms. Wynn Roseborough held several positions in the legal department of MetLife. She was formerly a partner in the firm that is now Eversheds Sutherland, where she focused on complex litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Her more than 30 years of legal experience also includes government service as Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the U.S. Department of Justice under the Clinton administration; law clerk for Justice John Paul Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge James Dickson Phillips of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit; and an employee of the Department of Defense in West Germany.

Lunch will be served.
