The Tsai Leadership Program invites you to join our upcoming workshop, Your DiSC® Profile, led by Jeannie Forrest of GrowthSpurt Coaching.
The DiSC® Profile is used extensively by leading industries to deepen self-awareness, provide insight into diverse working styles, and improve teamwork, communication, and productivity. The workshop explores how this tool describes our behavior across various situations—from our decision-making approaches and preferred working pace, to how we influence others and respond to challenges, rules, and procedures. You will leave the session with insight into your own approach to working independently and collaboratively, as well as practical steps to better professional outcomes.
In preparation for the workshop, you will be asked to complete the DiSC® Profile online. Registered participants will receive an email with instructions on how to access and complete the profile prior to the workshop.
