“Is Meat the New Tobacco? Regulating Food Demand in the Age of Climate Change.” with Lingxi Chenyang '20

Human Rights Workshop: Erika Dailey, "What are the Real Impacts of Strategic Human Rights Litigation?"

Erika Dailey is the Senior Officer for Research at the Open Society Justice Initiative, based in New York. Since 2014 she has overseen the organisation's efforts to document human rights abuses and establish fact patterns for advocacy and strategic litigation on subject-matter areas ranging from discrimination to grave crimes. She also manages the portfolios on climate justice and the impacts of strategic human rights litigation.

William H. Overholt "Will Xi Jinping Succeed?"

Dr. Overholt is Harvard Kennedy School Senior Research Fellow, formerly of the RAND Corporation, the author of six books on Asian political economy and a leading expert on China’s economic reforms.  He will discuss his most recent book, “China’s Crisis of Success.”

Please join CDO and the Gruber program for a lunch talk with Annemie Turtelboom, a current Belgian Member at the European Court of Auditors, the external auditor of the European Union. Her remit at ECA includes audit work related to EU budget, EU public finance, and policies related to EU governance. Prior to this post, she was the first female Minister of Migration and Minister of Home Affairs and later Minister of Justice in the Belgian Federal Government. In 2017, she was selected as a Greenberg World Fellow at Yale University.
