Benjamin Wallace-Wells is one of the leading chroniclers of American politics, having written for New York Magazine, The New York Times Magazine, Rolling Stone, the Washington Monthly and now the New Yorker. Professor Dodge will be speaking about four cases coming before the Supreme Court this term--Nestle, Cargill, Philipp, and Simon. These cases will decide whether U.S. federal courts have authority over claims from overseas atrocities. Professor Dodge is writing amicus briefs on Nestle/Cargill and Philipp/Simon.
