Doe, which asks whether Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and Affordable Care Act prohibit disparate impact discrimination on the basis of disability. The session will begin with a general discussion of the Kirby Simon Summer Human Rights Fellowship and its application process. This will include a discussion of summer internship opportunities at international human rights and criminal courts, which have complicated and sometimes early application processes; students interested in these internships should plan to attend.
