The Yale Law National Security Group invites you to its first event of the semester, a discussion on military justice with Eugene Fidell, Florence Rogatz Senior Visiting Lecturer in Law. Mr. Fidell will discuss the Supreme Court's reluctance to review military law, the lack of unanimity requirements for military juries, and resistance to vaccination within the ranks. He will also preview his forthcoming article that proposes abolishing the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. Attendance is limited to ten. Lunch is provided.
