David Zornow '80 founded the White Collar practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and served as its global head of Litigation/Controversy from 2009 to 2020. Mr. Zornow is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School, and is teaching courses on Internal Investigations and The Business of Law Firms in Fall 2022. Mr. Zornow is also a Fellow of the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law and serves on the Center's Board of Advisors.

The 2022-2023 Robert P. Anderson Memorial Fellowship Lecture will feature a Conversation entitled "The Challenges to Constitutionalism” with Susanne Baer of the German Constitutional Court Justice and Marta Cartabia, former President of the Italian Constitutional Court, moderated by Professor Judith Resnik, on the pressing concerns of 2022 including Climate and Covid, Gender Inequality and Incarceration. Dean Heather K. Gerken will introduce the speakers.
