Please join the Yale Environmental Law Association for a lively discussion about the future of climate policy and administrative law. Our distinguished panelists (Professor Cristina Rodríguez, Professor Leah Litman, and Jean Su, Energy Justice Program Director at the Center for Biological Diversity) will analyze the Supreme Court’s decision in West Virginia v. EPA, which invoked the “major questions doctrine” to hamstring the Environmental Protection Agency’s ability to regulate greenhouse gas emissions.

Please join the Solomon Center for our fall kick-off event - a panel discussion of the summer's Supreme Court decision that overturned Roe and what it means for reproductive justice lawyers and advocates moving forward. Come hear from an academic whose work focuses on the intersections of race, class and reproduction; an attorney who worked on the case that overturned Roe; and an abortion storyteller and community organizer with an abortion fund in a state where abortion is banned.
