Regulators across the Atlantic are delving deep into the financial rulebook to shape its role in the transition towards a more sustainable economy. Sustainable development arguments, however, need to be balanced with arguments of investor protection, financial stability, sound corporate governance and price stability.

Eleven of Volume 132’s Notes and Comments authors will be speaking on panels about Law & The Family, Interpretation in the Roberts Court, Election Law and Movement Lawyering, and The Law of Health and Care. Milo Hudson (Editor-in-Chief, Yale Law Journal, Volume 132) and Jessica Huang (Executive Editor for Notes and Comments, Yale Law Journal, Volume 132) will be moderating. All Yale Law School community members are invited, and we especially encourage students interested in learning about legal scholarship and the work of the Journal to attend.
