Four experts on free speech and free expression discussed the latest developments in campus speech issues on Oct. 17, 2025. Panelists included Keith Whittington, the David Boies Professor of Law and faculty director for the Center for Academic Freedom and Free Speech (CAFFS) at Yale Law School; Lee Rowland, executive director of the National Coalition Against Censorship; and Will Creeley, legal director of the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression. The moderator was Joe Cohn, executive director of CAFFS.
