Jack Goldsmith ’89: “The Obama Administration’s Contributions to International Law”

Professor Jack Goldsmith ’89 delivered the Sherrill Lecture on April 4, 2016. The lecture was titled “The Obama Administration’s Contributions to the Practice and Theory of International Law.” Jack Goldsmith is the Henry L. Shattuck Professor at Harvard Law School, a Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, and co-founder of Lawfareblog.com.
