Throughout the academic year, the Law, Environment & Animals Program (LEAP) brings to campus a diverse array of leading thinkers and doers — including scholars, lawmakers, scientists, investigative journalists, writers, artists, and more — who focus in various ways on understanding and improving humans’ understanding and treatment of animals. These guests visit campus to enrich and inform LEAP’s work and to inspire, deepen, and elevate conversations about animal welfare, human power, and the law.

With the permission of our speakers, we record and post many of our events to our YouTube channel, which we started in 2020. The recordings include almost all talks from past speaker series, including our One Health series about the relationship between animal, environmental, and human health, as well as all of the panels from our 2020 Big Ag and Antitrust conference.
