About the Case
Investigative journalist Ray Bonner is seeking through FOIA a number of specific items needed for his reporting on Abu Zubaydah. The Clinic filed suit on his behalf after his FOIA requests went unanswered. A number of documents have been produced as a result of the litigation, and the government is continuing to review and produce material this summer.
