Emily Tulli
Strategic Advisor, The Movement Project
Emily Tulli is a nationally recognized expert on the intersection of labor law and immigration law and serves as the Strategic Advisor for The Movement Project. During the Biden administration, Tulli served as a Senior Counselor to the Solicitor at the U.S. Department of Labor and acted as the agency’s lead on issues impacting immigrant workers. Before joining the government, Tulli held advocacy roles in several national non-profit organizations and advocated for expanding the rights of working people. Earlier in her career, she represented low-wage immigrant workers in a variety of labor and employment cases and participated in a significant amount of farm labor camp outreach.
