Kim Rinehart is a visiting lecturer in law at Yale Law School and a litigation partner at Wiggin and Dana LLP. Rinehart is chair of Wiggin’s Class Action Defense Practice Group and handles a broad range of professional liability matters, complex commercial disputes, and healthcare litigation. Rinehart frequently represents law firms and lawyers in malpractice, vexatious litigation and related matters, serves as one Wiggin’s internal ethics partners, and formerly served as the chair of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Professional Ethics. In 2002, Rinehart co-founded All Our Kin, a nonprofit organization that provides business, legal, and educational support to low-income family childcare providers.
