Lauren Kim

Lauren Kim is a junior in Yale College studying Ethics, Politics, & Economics. She is interested in comparative politics, democratic backsliding, and AI governance. At the ISP, she has helped with the Freedom of Expression Scholars Conference. Lauren is a Research Assistant at the Yale School of Public Health, where she conducts legal research related to local cannabis policies across the United States. On campus, she is the president of Women in Economics, and she is involved with the Yale Artificial Intelligence Policy Initiative, the Yale College Council, and the Buckley Institute. She has previously worked at the American Enterprise Institute.
