Nicholas Reaves

Nicholas Reaves is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. Reaves’ legal practice focuses on First Amendment and appellate litigation. His work has been published in the Yale Law Journal Forum and the Notre Dame Law Review, among others. Reaves served as a law clerk to the Honorable D. Brooks Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He held a Fellowship at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics (FASPE) where he studied contemporary legal ethics. Reaves was the Notes Editor for the Virginia Law Review at the University of Virginia Law School where he received his J.D. He received his B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Notre Dame.
