- Partnership Taxation
Noël Cunningham is a Florence Rogatz Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School. He is also a Professor of Law at New York University School of Law, where he has been a member of the faculty since 1975. His areas of research include partnership taxation, tax policy, and transfer taxes, and his scholarship ranges from writings on imputed income to shared appreciation mortgages. Cunningham has previously taught at Harvard Law School, the Hastings College of Law, and the University of Virginia.
