Students are granted access to a shared print account that will bill printing directly to YLS IT.  This account may be used for all academic printing.

If you require additional funds for non-coursework related printing, you may add personal funds.  You may request a refund from YPPS of any unused personal funds after graduation. Please note to access this site you must be on campus or connected to the VPN.

Add funds to your printing account

In general, your print account is only charged when a job completes printing.  However, there are times that you may have an issue (e.g., print quality) where you will need to request a refund from YPPS.  Please note to access this site you must be on campus or connected to the VPN.
