Achieving Intellectual Diversity

The Yale Law Federalist Society is proud to present a symposium on "Achieving Intellectual Diversity." We believe that the issue of whether law schools truly present and encourage a balanced perspective in the classroom is one of the most pressing issues in legal academia today. Building on the HLS chapter's spring 2013 conference, we will explore how law schools can promote intellectual diversity, as well as how intellectual diversity can enrich legal scholarship and yield incisive practitioners of law.
