Public Law Workshop

About the Workshop

The Public Law Workshop features the work of leading scholars in public law, at varying stages of their careers, including in constitutional law, theory, and history; administrative law; legislation; federal courts; law and religion; gender, sexuality, reproduction, and the family; and other statutory and regulatory subjects. Scholars will present works in progress to students and YLS faculty.
