Daniel Browning

Daniel Browning is a PhD candidate at Princeton University in the Department of Politics and a recent graduate of Yale Law School. During law school, Daniel was a Coker Fellow for Professor Keith Whittington and a proud member of the Balkin Small Group. Daniel's research interests include: freedom of expression and the First Amendment, employment and labor law, contracts, and democratic theory. His work has been published or is forthcoming in the Journal of Free Speech Law and Social Theory & Practice. In his free time, Daniel enjoys cooking and training for marathons.
