Eve Konstan is a visiting lecturer in law at Yale Law School, and also serves as chief legal officer of SiriusXM. A general counsel and senior executive with more than 30 years of experience, Konstan previously served as general counsel for Spotify Technology SA, executive vice president and general counsel at WarnerMedia Entertainment, and executive vice president and general counsel at Home Box Office, Inc. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Eckerd College and the Board of Visitors at Columbia Law School, and was previously on the Board of Counselors for Equal Justice Works. 

Konstan was voted one of Billboard’s Top Music Lawyers three times and received The Hollywood Reporter’s “Power Lawyer of the Year” award in 2019. She was an associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York from 1992 to 1999, after receiving her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
