IT Student Help Desk

The IT Student Helpdesk is open from 9AM-10PM daily and is staffed by student Computing Assistants (CAs).  CAs are available to assist with a variety of computing issues including, but not limited to:

  • Configuring network connections
  • Configuring printers
  • Software or Hardware installation, configuration, or troubleshooting
  • Problems with BluePrint printers
  • Book Scanner or ScanX scanners
  • Loaner equipment, including laptops, power adapters, or video adapters
  • Lab computers
