IT Student Help Desk
The IT Student Helpdesk is open from 9AM-10PM daily and is staffed by student Computing Assistants (CAs). CAs are available to assist with a variety of computing issues including, but not limited to:
- Configuring network connections
- Configuring printers
- Software or Hardware installation, configuration, or troubleshooting
- Problems with BluePrint printers
- Book Scanner or ScanX scanners
- Loaner equipment, including laptops, power adapters, or video adapters
- Lab computers
