Laura Portuondo is a Fellow with the Program for the Study of Reproductive Justice at Yale Law School. Her scholarship addresses the intersection of First and Fourteenth Amendment rights. Prior to her current position, Laura clerked for the Honorable Robert A. Katzmann of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Jed. S. Rakoff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Before her clerkships, Laura worked as a judicial strategy fellow at the Center for Reproductive Rights. Laura holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Yale College.
