Maria Tresierra

Resident Fellow

María Tresierra is an LL.M. candidate at Yale Law School, where her work focuses on Antitrust and Competition Law, with an interest in Health markets and AI, which she is advancing at YLS collaborating with Faculty. Prior to joining Yale, María conducted research at NYU Shanghai’s Center for Global Health Equity, and held training positions in private law practice, international organizations, and government. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (2024), a Bachelor in International Studies (B.A.) (2024) and a Minor in Economics (2024) from University Carlos III of Madrid, and is completing dual qualifications for admission to legal practice in US and EU jurisdictions.
