Mark Campisano is a visiting lecturer in law at Yale Law School. He also serves as general counsel for The Veritas Forum, Inc., a Christian nonprofit based in Cambridge, MA. In that role, he advises Veritas on its overall legal and compliance position, as well as other issues as they arise relating to corporate structure, inter vivos and testamentary gifts and bequests, employment law, employee relations, and trademarks. He previously served as a tax associate at Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine and Hunton & Williams; general tax counsel and partner at McKinsey & Company, Inc.; head of tax planning for TIAA-CREF; and vice president of tax at Pacific Life Insurance Company. A graduate of the Law School, Campisano served as articles editor of the Yale Law Journal. After law school, he clerked for Chief Judge Wilfred Feinberg on the U.S. Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit, and for Associate Justice William J. Brennan Jr. on the U.S. Supreme Court.
