Minor Myers is a Florence Rogatz Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School. He is Professor of Law at the University of Connecticut School of Law, where teaches Business Organizations, Corporate Finance, and Private Equity and Hedge Funds. His work has appeared in the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and other leading publications. He has made media appearances on the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Reuters, Bloomberg TV, and Financial Times. Myers received his J.D. from Yale Law School, and holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from Connecticut College. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and then the Honorable Ralph K. Winter of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
