Minor Myers is a Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School. He is Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School, where he has taught Corporations, Property, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate Law. He has made media appearances on the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Reuters, Bloomberg TV, and Financial Times. Myers received his J.D. from Yale Law School, and holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from Connecticut College. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and then the Honorable Ralph K. Winter of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
