Nancy Kestenbaum

Nancy Kestenbaum is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and a partner at Covington & Burling LLP in New York City, where she serves as Co-Chair of the firm's White Collar and Investigations Practice Group. Previously, Kestenbaum served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, where she investigated and prosecuted a variety of federal crimes including securities fraud, bank fraud, bribery, civil rights violations, and other crimes.  At Covington, Kestenbaum represents companies, nonprofits, boards, and individuals in white collar criminal and civil enforcement matters and internal investigations involving a variety of issues, including business-related misconduct and issues related to sexual misconduct and abuse. Kestenbaum received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Yale.
