Nicole Spadotto

Nicole is an LL.M. candidate at Yale Law School. She holds a B.A. from McGill University and a B.C.L./J.D. from the McGill University Faculty of Law, where she graduated with the Aimé Geoffrion Medal for finishing second in her class. After graduating law school, Nicole clerked for the Justices at the Court of Appeal for Ontario and for Justice Mahmud Jamal at the Supreme Court of Canada. She also worked for several years as a commercial litigator at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. Nicole writes primarily on business, regulation, and the intersection between legal interpretation and private law. Her work has appeared in or is forthcoming in the UBC Law Review, Alberta Law Review, Dalhousie Law Journal, Canadian Business Law Journal, and the Canadian Competition Law Review, among other outlets.
