Ray Miller headshot

Ray Miller is a visiting clinical lecturer in law at Yale Law School and senior trial counsel in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut. His current focus is on the prosecution of financial crimes. He has successfully tried to verdict cases involving wire fraud, theft of public money, organized crime, counterfeit U.S. currency, bank robbery, passport fraud, crimes against children, money laundering and narcotics trafficking. During his 24 years as a federal prosecutor, Miller served as the chief of Major Crimes and National Security as well as the chief of the Organized Crime Strike Force. He has been honored on two occasions as Prosecutor of the Year by the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators. 

Miller clerked for U.S. District Judge Dominic Squatrito and was an intellectual property litigation attorney at Day, Berry and Howard. He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Prior to attending law school, he received his Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in chemistry from Pennsylvania State University.
