Tianjiao Jiang is associate professor at Development Institute, Fudan University. He also serves as deputy director of Center for BRICS Studies and research fellow of Center for Global AI Innovative Governance at Fudan University. His research focuses on emerging technologies and international security. He has published four books and more than 40 academic papers in publications including the Journal of Chinese Political Science, Asian Perspective, Copenhagen Journal of Asian Studies. Jiang is member of China Arms Control and Disarmament Association, ACONA fellow (2021-2022) of Harvard University’s Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies, NPIHP fellow of the Wilson Center (2016), and visiting scholar at George Washington University (2017). While at the Paul Tsai China Center, he will focus his research on emerging trends in global AI governance and how the US and China can work together.
