Tobin Raju is a Clinical Lecturer in Law and Newmark Fellow with the Media Freedom & Information Access Clinic. Tobin works on Clinic matters involving speech rights, newsgathering issues and press rights, access to public records and proceedings, and other First Amendment matters; he also supervises the Clinic’s student attorneys.

Tobin previously served as the Stanton First Amendment Fellow for the First Amendment Clinic at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he contributed to the clinic’s litigation and advocacy efforts to defend and advance the rights of free speech, press, assembly, and petition. After completing his J.D., Tobin was an associate at Cahill, Gordon & Reindel LLP, where his practice focused on media and First Amendment litigation.
