  • The Past, Present, and Future of Global Climate Change: Law and Policy

Todd Stern is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. From 2009 to 2016, he served as the United States Special Envoy for Climate Change. In this capacity, he led the U.S. negotiating team for the Paris Agreement, and was a leading voice of the Obama administration’s climate change strategy. He previously served in the Clinton administration as White House Staff Secretary. Stern is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School.
