Anne C. Dailey is a Sidley Austin-Robert D. McLean Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School. She is also the Evangeline Starr Professor of Law at UConn School of Law, where she has served on the faculty since 1990. Her scholarship focuses on family law, children and the law, and law and psychology. Her book, Law and the Unconscious: A Psychoanalytic Perspective, is forthcoming from Yale University Press (Fall 2017). She received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.A. from Yale College.
