Christina M. Mulligan is a Sidley Austin-Robert D. McLean ’70 Visiting Associate Professor of Law at Yale Law School, as well as an Associate Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School. Her scholarship addresses Internet law and intellectual property law in the digital age. Prior to joining the faculty of Brooklyn Law School, she was a faculty member at the University of Georgia School of Law, and also taught at Yale Law School in 2012-2013 and 2016. Mulligan was a Postdoctoral Associate in Law with the Information Society Project at Yale Law School from 2011 to 2013, and earned her J.D. and A.B. from Harvard.
