David Oliveros, MPH, works at the intersection of HIV and substance use epidemiology. His academic and advocacy interests include HIV equity and destigmatization, harm reduction, and LGBTQ health justice, with a focus on how stigma drives poor health outcomes for sexual and gender minority communities. His research has been supported by the Wilbur G. Downs International Health Fellowship and the Fund for Lesbian and Gay Studies Research Award.
