Jennifer Harris Discusses Geoeconomics

On October 20th, the Center for Global Legal Challenges hosted a lunch discussion on the role of geoeconomics in U.S. foreign policy with Jennifer Harris, senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Harris is a former member of the policy planning staff at the U.S. Department of State and the author of a forthcoming book on economic statecraft. Her remarks addressed the use of geoeconomic tools, including sanctions and investment regimes, to achieve foreign policy goals.
