Description
Many commentators are skeptical about using international investor-state arbitration to consider public policy issues, including corruption. Based on detailed knowledge of recent cases, Professor Nartnirun Juungam (JSD '10) will address the appropriateness and effectiveness of such arbitration to address corruption in international business dealings.
