Join ACS, IJP, and the Arthur Liman Center for Public Law for a panel discussing the potential for immigration litigation in the upcoming presidential administration. 

Panelists will include:

  • Lucas Guttentag, Lecturer in Law at YLS and the founder and former Director of the ACLU Immigrants' Rights Project
  • Lee Gelernt, current Deputy Director of the ACLU Immigrants' Rights Project
  • Muneer I. Ahmad, Sol Goldman Clinical Professor of Law and Co-Head of the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic at YLS

Student commentary will be provided by Natalia Poblete ’26 of the Immigrant Justice Project.
